- Business structuring and formation support
- Immigration pathway consulting
- Application and petition preparation support
- Coordination with contracted independent licensed immigration attorneys
We are not a law firm. Syntax Management FL LLC does not provide legal representation or legal advice. Where legal services are required, we connect our clients with contracted independent immigration attorneys who provide legal counsel, representation, and assistance with immigration petitions and applications directly.
3. Purchasing Services
All service packages listed on SyntaxFL.com represent consulting and preparation support services. By placing an order and completing payment, you agree to:
- The specific scope of services described in the product listing
- These Terms and Conditions in full
- The Service Agreement associated with your purchased package, which will be provided separately for your signature prior to commencement of work
All purchases are subject to a signed Service Agreement. Work will not begin until the Service Agreement has been executed by both parties.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes (including HST where required) will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment. The total amount charged, including taxes, will be shown on your order confirmation.
Service fees do not include:
- USCIS government filing fees
- Attorney legal fees (billed separately by contracted attorneys if legal services are engaged)
- Translation or notarization costs
- Any third-party costs required for your application
5. Refund Policy
Due to the professional and time-intensive nature of immigration consulting services:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Refund eligibility for partial payments depends on the stage of service delivery at the time of the cancellation request
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@syntaxfl.com
- Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the signed Service Agreement
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
Immigration visa approvals are determined solely by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and/or the U.S. Department of State. Syntax Management FL LLC makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, regarding the approval of any visa petition or application. Purchasing our services does not guarantee a visa approval, Green Card, or any specific immigration outcome.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible outcome, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
- Respond to requests for information or documents in a timely manner
- Notify us immediately of any changes in circumstances that may affect the application
- Review all prepared documents carefully before submission
Syntax Management FL LLC is not responsible for delays or adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by the client.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information, documents, and case details shared with Syntax Management FL LLC are treated as strictly confidential. Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
